We were tired of having the same posters on the wall as everyone else, and we didn’t want to print our photos on flimsy, glossy photo paper!
Wallpoet’s goal is simple: We want everyone to be able to design posters of their own photos that has the same high quality as professional prints! We teamed up with experienced photographers and photo editors in Scandinavia to create clean layouts and beautiful filters from scratch, and built this into our simple designer. Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland & United States (US). We are planning to start shipping to more countries in the near future.

Where is my order confirmation?
Sometimes the order confirmation unfortunately ends up in the spam folder. This seems to be common with Hotmail/Live/Outlook addresses. Firstly, check the spam folder and mark Wallpoet as a trusted sender. If you still can’t find it, e-mail us at email@example.com and we will send out a new one.
How is the delivery fulfilled?
When you place your order, you immediately receive an order confirmation by e-mail. Check that the mail is not stuck in the spam folder and mark Wallpoet as a trusted sender. If you still can’t find your e-mail, notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll help you.
Once your order has been printed and shipped from our print shop in Sweden, you will receive another e-mail with a tracking link where you can see where your delivery currently is, the pick-up point and the tracking number that you use when you pick it up.
When your order arrives at your pickup location, you will receive an SMS with information about the delivery.
Delivery time is 3-5 working days. Express shipping 2-3 days.
How is my order shipped?
Your poster is handled gently and rolled up, wrapped in silk paper and shipped in a sturdy cardboard poster tube. If you have ordered a frame, it is wrapped in sturdy cardboard packaging and your poster comes in a flat pack. In this case, the poster come in a flat paper envelope together with the frame.
What kind of paper is the poster printed on?
Your poster is printed on a matte 200 gsm premium paper. This paper is well-known in the industry and it offers great image reproduction for photo art.
Do I have a right of withdrawal?
Unfortunately, as the poster is custom-made from a personal image, we cannot offer a right of withdrawal because it cannot be resold.
If you wish to return your frame, contact us at email@example.com and we’ll help you. Please note we need to charge 15 EUR for the additional shipping costs.
What do I do if my order is damaged?
Send a mail to our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you! Please attach a picture of the damage.
What do I do if I am not satisfied?
For us, it is very important that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you feel that the poster does not meet your expectations, please e-mail our customer service at email@example.com. We always strive to resolve the issue with a new print that matches the expectations.
What should I keep in mind when uploading my image?
It’s important that your image is the original from the camera roll, and that it has good resolution, sharpness and brightness. Please read our guide “How you enlarge the right image” for more information.
How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping for orders over 44 €.
