To generate AI images, we offer 30 free prompts that refills every month (that&#8217;s a total of 120 images since each prompt creates 4 images). The reason for the limitation is due to the expensive servers required to run Wallpoet AI. How much does Wallpoet AI cost?

We currently only have support for English, and our Wallpoet AI art pages are only in English at the moment. We are working on supporting other languages in the near future.
We recommend that you create your AI art on the page valid for your language (you can see a small flag in the menu), then your AI art posters will be in the correct currency in the cart 👍

Can I generate AI images other languages?

Yes! Even if someone would enter the exact same description and choose the same style, they would get a different result.

Are my AI images really unique?

There is a content filter to prevent misuse and unsafe images. This includes sensitive, harmful, sexual, racial or misleading content. Since the technology is new, the content filter can be quite sensitive to be on the safe side.
If you receive an error, modify the image description and try again.
Try to avoid triggering the content filter, misuse resulting in repeating triggers can lead to bans.

Is there anything I can not create? 

No, you’re only charged when images are created.

Am I charged a prompt when generation fails?

You own the rights. You are also responsible for the content in the image.

Who owns the rights of the images I create?

Try again! Since all generations are unique, generating the same prompt again can result in different, awesome results. 
We do not offer refunds for generated prompts.

What if I’m not happy with the images? 

Yes. Go into your <a href="https://wallpoet.com/create-ai/">Collection</a> to see all images you have created. From there, you can make any image into a poster at any time.

Can I see my previous images?

Yes, there’s a download icon for each image in your <a href="https://wallpoet.com/create-ai/">Collection</a> when you click on it.

Can I download my images? 

Since you own the rights, you can use it in any way you like.

Can I use the downloaded images in other ways? 

Follow the guidelines for the style you have selected for a chance to get the best result. When using a style, keep the prompt simple and don’t mix multiple objects or people. We have added some more tips and tricks in the tool help section <a href="https://wallpoet.com/create-ai/">here</a>.

How do I generate the best images possible? 

Wallpoet AI is getting better and smarter by the day! However, there are some things that it sometimes has difficulties with:

What images are Wallpoet AI not good with?

We run your art through sophisticated upscaling and sharpening algorithms and have excellent quality in the sizes we offer.

How is the print quality?

Your print is unique and personalized and we can not resell it, and therefore we cannot offer returns.

Can I return my print?
